   What we collect

   The contact form collects your name, email address, company, and the text of your message. The site records nothing else about you: no analytics identifiers, no advertising cookies.

   Why we collect it

   To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a scoping conversation. We do not use it for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share it.

   Consent

   Submitting the form is your consent to our using the information for the purposes above. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected]; we will delete your enquiry unless we are required to keep it for a contract already in progress.

   Retention and deletion

   Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted [12] months after the last exchange. Enquiries that lead to a contract are kept with the engagement record for [7] years, as required for tax and corporate record-keeping.

   Disclosure and third parties

   Your enquiry is delivered to us by [form provider / email service — name it], which processes it on our behalf and under our instructions. No other party sees it. We do not submit anything you send to public AI tools or model training, and our client contracts say the same.

   Access, correction and complaints
